CANCELLATION POLICY
Rejuva Kare Cancellation Policy At Rejuva Kare, we value the time of all clients. Our business thrives because of the continued support of our client base, and we take pride in providing excellent customer service and professionalism. We ask that the same courtesy and respect be extended to your stylist and their time. Cancellation & No-Show Policy If you cancel your appointment via text, app, or any other method, a $50 non-refundable cancellation fee will be sent to you via our app, or added to your next appointment. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable — no exceptions. Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will also result in the full payment of booked services and may require prepayment before future bookings. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted or denied future bookings. Why This Policy Exists Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from serving other clients and impact our business operations. By booking an appointment with Rejuva Kare, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
